An experience is an event or activity where the voucher recipient directly participates. Our extensive list of experiences range from motor racing to hot air ballooning, and from health and beauty days to cooking for all the family. There is no need to tell you anymore about our fabulous selection of gift experiences - just have a look around our site and you will find we have something for everyone.

Are my details safe if I buy online?

We are totally committed to protecting your security and privacy. All transactions are guaranteed 100% secure. The security of personal and credit card information is our highest priority. We use all the latest available technology to ensure we have one of the safest sites on the net. All payments made through our website are processed by Barclaycard Merchant services. This means that your credit card details are only seen by the bank and are not stored in any form. This web site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Encryption converts personal details into secret code, which is then sent over the Internet. You can rest assured that your personal data is safe at Thanksdarling Ltd and we are registered under the Data Protection Act.

How do I buy online?

Once you have selected your gift, simply complete the following steps:

• Enter Delivery options and click Checkout
• Enter Billing details and Voucher holder`s name.
• Add personalised message (optional)
• Please read Terms and Conditions and click to accept.
• Continue to our 100% secure payment area. Please note your order number for all future correspondence.
All voucher packs will be sent by 1st class post on the day of purchase if your order has been received by 230pm.

What do you receive in the Thanksdarling Gift Pack?

All Thanksdarling experiences arrive in plain packaging and can be sent directly to you or the person receiving the gift. Inside the pack you will find a beautiful presentation envelope and seal accompanied by all the relevant details you will need to know about your experience. The pack contains your experience voucher, a detailed picture card and a message card, which can be personalised or left blank to be filled in later. All vouchers are valid for 9 months and are open dated from the date of purchase.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept the following payment types:

A. Debit or credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
B. Cheque or postal order. Make your cheque or postal order payable to `Thanksdarling Ltd` and send to Thanksdarling Ltd, Unit 3, Omega Works, Roach road, Fish Island, London E3 2PD with the appropriate payment and full contact details. Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your pack until payment has been received.
C. Cash. Cash payments can be made in person at our offices at Thanksdarling Ltd, Unit 3, Omega Works, Roach road, Fish Island, London E3 2PD. Please do not send cash by post.

What are your delivery details for the gift packs?

Your personalised gift pack will be sent in plain packaging so we won`t spoil any surprise. You can choose to have it delivered directly to you, directly to your recipient, or to another address you specify. Our packs are sent by Royal Mail First class post at no extra charge. You should receive your gift pack within three working days.
If you`re in a hurry you can use our Courier Service (see below) or choose to collect your pack from our offices.

COURIER SERVICE

If you need a gift pack urgently, and to guarantee delivery by a specified date, we recommend that you choose our Courier Service. We offer same-day dispatch with next day delivery on orders received by 12pm on a working day from Monday to Friday.

For next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses, our non-refundable Courier Service charges are as follows:

• Delivery on a working day from Monday to Friday - £6.95
• Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday.
• Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

Our courier will deliver at any time up to 5.30pm. The pack should fit easily through most letterboxes. Please note Marriott vouchers and vouchers purchased for prize-winners and similar events will require a signature.

CHRISTMAS

I would like to buy a voucher, but I`m not sure which gift to choose?

Can`t decide? Why not give somebody one of our Freedom vouchers so that they can choose themselves from one of our many experiences. Thanksdarling Ltd allows you to buy vouchers from £50 to £1000 and they are all colour coded for your convenience. The recipient is then free to choose which experience to take from our extensive list of activities.

How do I redeem my Thanksdarling voucher?

Simply refer to your recipient letter where you will find the contact details of our suppliers. You can call the supplier directly and they will check availability for your selected date. When you are ready to book your experience, just call the number to arrange the date. Please state that you have a "Thanksdarling" voucher, quote your voucher reference number and your name. In some instances our customer services team must book the experience on your behalf, and in this case the details will be highlighted in your pack. Please note any alteration or cancellation of details after you have confirmed your booking will incur minimum charges of £25.00 and could result in the total loss of the experience.

What dates are available for the experience?

You can find the latest information on dates by either contacting the supplier listed in your recipient letter or by calling our customer services team on 0870 606 6666. Please note that the experience is subject to availability and weekend dates are always busiest. We suggest that you arrange your booking as soon as possible and at least 12 weeks before the expiry date of your voucher to avoid disappointment. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation in writing from us. For some experiences we may ask you to return the original voucher to us before we can confirm your booking. You should not make any arrangements in connection with the experience until you have received your booking confirmation.

Do you offer insurance with you experiences?

All Thanksdarling experiences come with free Personal Accident, Cancellation and Personal Liability cover.

Can I exchange my voucher for something different?

Top

Yes, if your chosen experience is higher in price, you will be charged the difference. If the voucher is of a lower value, you will be charged a fee of £10.00. Vouchers can only be exchanged for another experience and not from our product range. All exchanged vouchers must be returned to Thanksdarling by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost vouchers. Please call us on 0870 606 6666 for more information or to arrange an exchange.

I have lost my voucher. Can I obtain a replacement?

No, Thanksdarling will not be liable in the event of voucher(s) being lost, damaged or stolen. Vouchers are invalid if altered or tampered with. Please note that the original voucher(s) must be returned before any exchanges or refunds can be made The company cannot be held responsible for any lost gift packs and recommends all vouchers are returned by recorded delivery.

My voucher has expired. Can I extend it further?

Yes, if you are unable to redeem your voucher within the 9-month validity, we will permit an extension for a further 6-month period from the original expiry date. You will be charged a minimum fee of £25.00 plus any applicable increase in supplier charges. The extension will be subject to the return of the original voucher and no further extensions are permitted. Please call us on 0870 606 6666 for more information or to arrange an extension.

Can I return my Products or Vouchers for a refund?

A. All products can be returned to us within 7 working days. Once we have received notification of your intent to return the goods, we will notify you of the return address. It is your sole responsibility to take good care of the product and we recommend all products are returned by recorded delivery. The company cannot be held responsible for any lost gift packs. Please note refunds do not apply to personalized products.

B. All vouchers can be returned to us within 7 working days for a full refund and we recommend all vouchers are returned by recorded delivery. Please note full refunds do not apply if you have already booked a date for your experience. After the 7-day period all refunds will incur a 25% administration fee (minimum fee £25.00) and subject to the safe return of the voucher. All refunds are reimbursed to the original cardholder. The company cannot be held responsible for any lost gift packs and recommends all vouchers are returned by recorded delivery.

Q. I haven`t received an on-screen confirmation on completion of my order or booking. What should I do?
A. Please call our Customer Experience Centre on 0870 60 66666 during office hours (0930-1730 Mon-Fri). If you wish to check your order status you will be asked to provide your full name and details of your order.

Q. I`m not sure if payment has been processed correctly, how do I check this?
A. If you think that your payment has not been processed correctly please call us during office hours (0930-1730 Mon-Fri) on 0870 60 66666 with your details so that we can check this for you.

Q. Why have I received a message saying my session has expired?
A. To store your shopping basket information we work within timed `sessions`. If your `session` has expired, you will need to add your items to the shopping basket again, or if you prefer you can call us on 0870 60 66666 during office hours (0930-1730 Mon-Fri).

Q. What do I do when your offices are closed?
A. If you are calling us outside normal office hours, you can leave a message on our voicemail system and we will call you upon our return. Alternatively, you can email us at enquiries@thanksdarling.com and we will respond to your questions during office hours.
